Wooden Mask Case | Hinoki Normal Type

Product Details

This is a wooden mask case made from Japanese wood (including thinned wood).

It can protect spare masks and used masks from dirt and bends. Even if you put it in your bag, you can store it without taking up space. It is very thin, not bulky, and is a convenient size to carry around.

We use a wooden sheet (the same material as our original product "wooden paper"), which is made by slicing Japanese wood into an ultra-thin slice of about 0.15 mm.

If you are using a 3D mask, this case is recommended.

 

Product Features

・Uses Japanese Hinoki Wood

Made from ultra-thin slices of approximately 0.06 inch (0.15 mm) (same material as our original product "wood paper").

Easy to use. Just open the cover and put the mask in. Protect your spare or used mask from dirt and bends.


※The mask case is impregnated with Hinoki essential oil. However, if you feel that the scent is insufficient or the scent is exhausted, you can soak it in your favorite aroma oil (essential oil).

Proven！Effects of "Hinoki Mask Case" made of Japanese cypress

As a result of joint research with Kyushu University, it has been confirmed that the growth of Staphylococcus aureus is inhibited when gauze to which Staphylococcus aureus has been added is placed between the wooden paper used to make the mask case.

By storing masks in the Hinoki mask case, the growth of bacteria is inhibited, which is expected to prevent infections and colds.

 

▼Growth of Staphylococcus aureus after 20 hours

Staphylococcus aureus-loaded gauze was incubated at 37℃ for 20 hours in four different patterns: sandwiched between wooden paper(cypress), sandwiched between zipper bags from above and below, sandwiched between clear files, and left as is with nothing in between.

NOTES

Please note the following points because it is made of natural wood.

・ There is a possibility that fine fibers of wood are coming out from the product. Be careful not to cut your fingers.

・ There is no one with the same grain.

・ There is a secular change in color. (The color changes deeper as the days go by.)

・It's not food. Never put it in your mouth. There is a risk of suffocation.

・Do not place near fire.

・ Be careful not to get injured by the corners or edges of the paper.

・Please refrain from using if you are allergic. Children, the elderly, pregnant women, and people with a sensitive constitution may be more susceptible to scents, so please use with caution. If you feel any discomfort or abnormality, we recommended that you discontinue use. If you are uncertain about its use, please consult with a person with specialized knowledge.
